ABOUTKATIE

Katie is an actor, singer, and model currently living and working in New York City. She is originally from a beautiful suburb of Raleigh, North Carolina, where she got her first taste of musical theatre locally from The North Carolina Theatre. With a voice that's volume is only matched by her personality, she has been performing ever since! She was accepted as one of only ten incoming freshman to the Florida State University, where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. She was lucky enough to study abroad in London for a Shakespeare Intensive Semester at The Theatre Academy of London. After graduating with honors, she has worked professionally at many incredible theatre around the country including North Shore Music Theatre, Theatre by the Sea, Mason Street Warehouse Theatre, New Harmony Theatre, Wagon Wheel Theatre, The Prizery, and Virginia Musical Theatre. Most recently she performed the role of Jenny Steinburg at the Mason Street Warehouse Theatre production of "It Shoulda Been You."
